In today?s podcast, CIAC?s Cluster Manager, Josep Nadal, is having a conversation with Eija Hämäläinen, Manager of the Automotive Cluster of Oulu.They have shared their experiences and points of view as cluster managers over the last few years. Today?s conversation is focused on how to stay sustainable within a cluster, how to operate work groups and how to stay valuable as a cluster.
